Shipping policy
Initial Love Jewelry is currently shipping to:
- Customers within the United States and U.S. territories
- Including P.O. Boxes.
- All US Military bases,
- does not currently ship to customers outside the United States at this time.
Shipping speed is one of our top priorities and therefore, we will only officially expand shipping to other regions besides the United States when we can guarantee the shipping time.
On the individual product detail page, you will see the estimated shipping time and origin for each product.
USPS standard shipping-2-7 business days*
USPS Priority Mail 1-3 business days
Per USPS/UPS/FedEx, returned packages due to incorrect addresses or undeliverable locations can take up to 30 days or more to be sent back to the sender.
To avoid long wait times and potential manual errors, any package that is returned to Initial Love Jewelry or has tracking status "return to sender" or "undeliverable" will automatically be refunded.
